Dennis Troyanos is the founder of The Troyanos Group, a New York based executive recruiting and management consulting firm.

Over the course of a 20-year career, Dennis has managed senior level search assignments for Direct Marketing Agencies, Digital Marketing firms, Information Management Companies, Consumer Products Organizations, and clients in the CRM, E-Commerce and Interactive sector.

Dennis is a frequent speaker at major international conferences on the art and science of interviewing, team-building, and key employee retention. To date he has facilitated three highly-acclaimed CEO Roundtable events.

Dennis and his Partner Norman Sherman are frequent guest co-hosts on the nationally syndicated radio program The CEO Show which reaches over 600,000 upscale professionals each week across the US. Troyanos and Sherman will be hosting a panel on the On Line Customer Experience for The Conference Board Marketing Leaders event to be held in New York in March 2010.

The American Management Association featured Dennis and the unique Troyanos Group recruiting process in their widely distributed, and highly prestigious publication MWorld Magazine, which focuses on thought leadership in the context of international business.

Dennis served as Chairman of the Membership Committee on the International Echo Awards Board of Directors. He is a past committee Chairman of the NCDM (National Center for Database Marketers) Board, as well as a board member of the Hudson Valley Direct Marketing Association.

Dennis is the author of The Manager’s Guide to Hiring Database Marketers which was featured in its condensed form in The DMA Insider Magazine.

Dennis was a columnist for Reveries Magazine and writes a monthly column called “Talent Wars 2.0″ which is a journal which documents best and worst practices in the hiring arena.

On most weekends, Dennis can be found on his boat exploring the historic Hudson River.

Norman Sherman is a partner at The Troyanos Group. Norm offers a unique combination of classical marketing, agency management, and executive search skills.

Norm has held a variety of senior management roles at several prestigious advertising and marketing service firms. He was Managing Director of the New York office of D’arcy Masius Benton & Bowles, ran their Canadian operations, and was responsible for management of all global Procter & Gamble healthcare businesses. He was Executive Vice President at Hill Holliday, where he created and built a freestanding healthcare communications group.

Norm was Managing Director of The Senior Network, a leading marketing services, media and consulting firm with exclusive focus on the 50+ population. Earlier in his career, Norm was Director of Account Management, Media and Research at Avrett, Free & Ginsberg advertising.

Norm has an exceptionally strong marketing background having helped build leadership brands for some of the most well respected companies, including Procter & Gamble, Norelco, Kraft, Mars, Pfizer, Whirlpool and Citizen Watch, among others.

Prior to joining The Troyanos Group, Norm served as President, North America for a leading executive search firm specializing in marketing and marketing services. He also ran the firm’s healthcare practice.

Norm graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Buffalo. Immediately following, he went on to obtain an MBA from the Columbia University School of Business. Norm lives in Manhattan with his wife, son, dog, and cat. He can be found on the golf course or in the garden most weekends.

During the past 4 seasons Reiss has interviewed in-depth over 200 CEOs on The CEO Show with Robert Reiss. The program is a weekly one-hour radio national broadcast, and has recently added its edited version The CEO Show Minute which airs over 3,000 times a week as a daily show from 85 markets. The program has over 600,000 weekly listeners.

Reiss recently launched, The CEO TV Show, pioneering a pan-internet/mobile format using an affiliate distribution model, where Reiss interviews the most innovative CEOs.

The CEO Show is expanded in Reiss’ monthly column with Forbes.com. The CEO Show also is publisher of The CEO Forum, a quarterly magazine that features 10 CEO interviews per quarter and is received exclusively by the top 10,000 CEOs in America. His work with CEOs was featured in the Harvard Business Review, where Reiss was cited as an “expert in executive communications”.

A frequent presenter, over the past two decades Reiss has given over 300 speeches. He is the Chairman and emcee of The Conference Board’s Senior Marketing Executive Conference, which was awarded the #4 top global C-Suite venue (and # 1 in marketing) in 2009.

His not-for-profit work includes being a Trustee for Kingsbrook Medical Center and a Director at Griffin Health Services Corporation (Fortune Magazine’s # 4 best company to work for in America, 2006). Reiss was recipient of The United Hospital Fund’s Distinguished Trustee Award, 2008.

Reiss is currently co-authoring a book about “30 CEOs who have reinvented the fabric of America”.
